OAuth connection
Connect without sharing a Xero password
ClearCommerce uses Xero OAuth 2.0. The user authorises access with Xero and chooses the connected organisation; ClearCommerce stores encrypted tokens rather than a Xero password.
- Select the correct Xero tenant
- Load Xero accounts and tax rates
- Refresh access through OAuth tokens
- Disconnect and reconnect under user control
Confirmed exports
Only mark work exported after Xero confirms it
The export history records Xero references, status and errors. Failed requests remain available for correction and retry rather than being treated as successful.
